To begin with, soak soya chunks in warm water with salt. Cover and keep it aside for some time. Once the soya chunks turn soft and mushy, drain out the excess water.
Once done, marinate these chunks. For marination, take a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, lemon juice, and coconut oil. Coat all the soya chunks properly.
